Long-sleeved home model of Napoli worn by Federico Fernandez season 2012/2013. The Napoli logo and Coppa Italia rosette are sewn on the front. The Serie A patch is sewn on the right sleeve. On the front are applied the logos of the commercial sponsors Lete and MSC while on the back are printed lettering FERNANDEZ and number 21 with autograph. On the back neck is sewn the lettering SSC Napoli.

Mazzarri's Napoli fought for the Scudetto with Juve but came within -9. The top scorer, however, was Edinson Cavani, bringing the title back into the hands of a Napoli player since Diego Maradona (87-88).
